Sopragames is an exclusive online platform designed to Soprema-employees together to foster a sense of community and friendly competition. The Sopragames platform allows colleagues to compete against each other in an exciting inter-site darts competition.
Our solution
For Soprema, we were allowed to develop an internal tool where colleagues can register to participate in the Sopragames darts tournament. Once registered, they can challenge other colleagues, or be challenged to a physical game.
After playing the game, a winner and loser are declared, after which the standings are formed. At the end of game time, we get the final game where the best players from each branch compete against each other.
Through this platform Soprema brings its colleagues closer together in a fun and competitive way.

I contacted Wout as part of a mini RFP where he came out on top in a selection of 13 competitors. He was not the cheapest but stood head and shoulders above the competition in terms of responsiveness, clarity, transparency, helpfulness and willingness to listen.
From the start of my project, it turned out to be precisely these qualities that ensured that every question, every suggestion and the countless times I changed my mind were calmly and openly met and resolved by Wout.
