How quickly will I be helped?
We always try to give you an answer within 8 working hours.
If you submit a ticket on Monday morning, you will usually be notified the same day. Do you do it late on Friday afternoon? Then it will probably be the following Monday morning. We don't like waiting endlessly, so we are on top of things.
I need help right now, what should I do?
If things are really on fire, don't mail but call.
You can reach us during office hours (08:30 - 17:30) on 0476 50 83 74. Then you will immediately have someone on the line who can check with you. We also pull the plug after half past five and at weekends, so please bear that in mind.
Will I receive an invoice for the application?
No, never just like that. You're not stuck with anything when you fill in this form.
We take a calm look at your question first. Is it a quick fix or is it covered by your service contract? Then we will simply solve it for you. Will it cost money (because it involves a major adjustment or extra work, for example)? Then we will always let you know first.
My website or system is down, now what?
Don't panic, but don't wait either.
First, check whether your own internet connection is still working. Is that the case? Then call us immediately on the emergency number in the sidebar. If we know it's critical, we'll ping it straight to the developers to fix the server or code.
