The challenge
De Zwemvijver's website was outdated and had an unclear structure that did not provide an optimal user experience for visitors. Navigating through the different pages was cumbersome, and important information was hard to find. Moreover, the site was not fully mobile-friendly, which meant that many potential customers had a frustrating experience on their smartphones and tablets.
In addition, the social media channels were also outdated, and lacked consistent and engaging content. Our followers received sporadic updates and the posts did not always match our target audience's expectations and interests. This resulted in limited interaction and engagement, which meant that the power of our online presence was not fully exploited.

For The Swimming Pond, we have the website modernised and revamped its digital strategy. Navigation has been simplified and the user experience optimised so that visitors find what they are looking for faster. Achievements have been filtered by relevance and a clear section has been added with awards and certifications achieved, a clear confirmation of De Zwemvijver's expertise and quality.
We also developed a digital strategy and content planning to ensure a consistent, impactful online presence. We researched where the target audience is and tailored the approach for each platform accordingly. Finally, we created a recognisable corporate identity for social media, with consistent colours, typography and design elements that reinforce De Zwemvijver's professional image.
