Performance marketer

What will you do as a Performance Marketer?

You will be responsible for our clients' advertising campaigns. This means:

• Set up and adjust campaigns: You work in Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn on a daily basis. Is something running well? Then you scale up. Is it running less? Then you figure out why and fix it.
• Thinking along with the customer: You sit down directly with clients. You explain what you do, why you do it and what the next step is.
• Technical fix: You make sure the tracking (GTM, conversions) is right. After all, measuring is knowing.
• Reporting: No thick reports, but clear overviews that really help the customer.

Who are you?

We are looking for a colleague who can work independently and not wait for someone to say what to do.

• You have such a 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• You know Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads inside out.
• You are comfortable with data and tools such as GTM and GA4.
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
• You are precise: a mistake in a budget or a link does not slip through your fingers.
• You live (preferably) in the region or find the drive to Westmalle no problem.
