Option 1. Flanders Trade

Premium for multilingual website
To promote international communication, the Flemish Government, through the agency Flanders Investment and Trade (FIT) offer an attractive grant for international business communication.
The relief offered is €3,000 as standard and can go up to €4,500. This higher amount applies if you have submitted fewer than four grant applications to this Flemish Agency since 2005.
The allowance is for the following assignments:
- Multilingual websites or web shops
- A (multilingual) corporate film
- Social media carried out by external specialists
Note, non-Dutch-language digital business communication only
This grant programme only considers non-Dutch-language commercial digital business communications. This means that, for example, non-Dutch-language brochures, non-commercial content such as manuals, or internal communications are not eligible.
If you are an SME, Enterprise Chamber or Chamber of Commerce with a place of operation in the Flemish Region and have a Belgian enterprise number, you can use the apply for subsidy here.

Premium for advice and support for digital growth in Brussels
The Brussels Regional Government also offers premiums for businesses seeking advice and support for digital growth. These premiums are specifically designed for micro or small businesses based in the Brussels Region. If your business meets the right conditions, you can get up to 60% of your investment back in the form of a premium.
You can take advantage of the Brussels premium when you turn to an independent web agency for advice or support on the following tasks:
- Designing or revamping a website or e-commerce platform
- Launching or (re)positioning your online sales
- An audit and/or optimisation of your website or e-commerce platform
Outsourcing the development or optimisation of a website or e-commerce platform should be unique and aimed at solving a specific problem. It is important that this activity is neither permanent nor regular for the company. In addition, the assignment should also not last longer than six months.
