Personalisation
Personalisation is a growing trend in the digital world. It is more important than ever to tailor the user experience to each user's specific needs and preferences. This can be achieved by providing personalised recommendations, customising the interface or environment of your website or webshop, such as offering a custom colour or theme, or targeted content based on user interests.
There are countless ways to add personalisation to your website or webshop. For example, you can give users the choice to adjust the position of a button on mobile, so a left-handed person may prefer buttons placed on the left, while a right-handed person may prefer a button on the right.
User-generated content
User-generated content (UGC) is created by users themselves and includes different types of content, such as reviews, ratings, comments, photos, videos, social media posts and blog posts.

Dark mode
