How do I create a Meta Company Manager?

Meta Company Manager is a handy tool to organise and manage your business.
Through Meta Business Manager, your colleagues or partners cannot simply view your personal Facebook profile, but only access the business pages and ad accounts.

1. Setting up a Meta Business Manager
To set up a Meta Company Manager, follow the steps below.
- Surf to business.facebook.com/overview.
- Log in with your Facebook or Instagram account, or create an account.
- Enter a name for your company, your name and your business e-mail address and click Next.
- Enter your company details and click Submit.
2. Giving a partner access
When your Meta Company Manager is set up properly, you can add partners.
To add partners, follow the steps below.
- Surf to business.facebook.com/settings
- Under Users then click on Partners
- Go to the "Partner you want to share assets with" column, and click on Add
- Enter the Company ID of your partner, for Funkhaus this ID is 441526776455738
In the next steps, we are going to assign the appropriate permissions:
- Click on Pages, and select your company page
- Then click on Advertising account, select your company page here too, and give full rights
- Then click on the blue button Save

3. Linking an Instagram account
Steps to add an Instagram account in Business Manager:
- Surf to business.facebook.com/settings
- Click on Accounts
- Click on Instagram accounts
- Click on the blue button Add
- Click on Linking your Instagram account
- Enter your Instagram username and password. Note: Facebook may send a security code to the email address or phone number associated with the account to verify your identity

4. Add a payment method
Steps to add a payment method in Business Manager:
- Surf to business.facebook.com/settings
- Click on Invoices and payments
- Select your account
- Click on Add payment method
- Enter your payment details
- Click Continue and follow the instructions to finalise your payment method
- Tip: Be sure to check your company details too!
