From the need for better and more fun diabetes equipment, Diacé began its search for trendy diabetes accessories. If they didn't find what they were looking for, they simply made it themselves!
Diacé has now become the diabetes accessory specialist for children and adults.
With more than 4,000 items, this webshop will keep you busy for a while!
The challenge
Diacé wanted to revamp its existing online platform to better meet the needs of its community of people with diabetes. The old website offered limited user experience and insufficient structure to support both webshop functionalities and an extensive knowledge and community environment. In addition, the platform had to be not only informative, but also create a positive and accessible experience so that diabetes could become a bit of fun again.

Our solution
We were asked to provide a complete redesign for Diacé. We handled an extensive preliminary process after which we developed the website visually and technically. Besides the webshop, the platform contains a huge wealth of diabetes-related information, podcasts, blog posts, personalised information... and much more!
Through this revamped webshop, Diacé can help its customers even better by offering products, answering questions, building a community, and making diabetes FUN again.
